WALK-A-THON

IT’S WALK-A-THON TIME AGAIN! Last fall our students raised over $12,000! We had another fantastic year. Thank You to everyone who participated and Congratulations on a job well done.

Like last year, each student will be asked to obtain a $20/week goal ($80/student total goal) for the 2011-2012 school year. All students who reach their weekly goal will be entitled to a FREE “Dress Down Day” the following Friday.

How can each student raise $80? There are four ways.

1. You can obtain individual pledges. This money needs to be collected when the pledge is made (NOT after the walk). PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE EACH STUDENT IS ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT WHILE OBTAINING THEIR PLEDGES.
2. You can collect pledges after mass on designated weekends. More information on this will be sent home.
3. You can help your child get business sponsorships. In the past, the Monroe businesses have been very supportive. For each business sponsorship your child gets, he/she will collect $35 (made payable to St. Jude School). By getting just 3 business sponsorships, your child will have exceeded their $80 goal, which entitles them to ALL 4 FREE “Dress Down Days.”
4. Friends and Family can now sponsor a child online. Click the DONATE button below and follow the instructions to sponsor a St. Jude student. Please Note: After clicking on the DONATE Button please enter the students name in the section titled “Add special instructions to recipient” on the Checkout Page so they will receive credit.
